Four absolute requirements
Three years of post-qualification practice, a verifiable licence, a named institution, and a signed Expert Agreement. No strength elsewhere compensates for a missing one — they are checked before anything else is scored.
Then eight dimensions
Credentials, experience, licence validity, institution, specialty clarity, bio quality, professional presence, and availability. Every decision keeps the per-dimension breakdown that produced it. The full criteria are published.
What you are paid
Between $2 and $500 per review, set by specialty, case complexity and clinical risk — shown before you accept a case, never after it is done. Payout details are collected in the portal after admission, never on this form.
