A low-risk general medicine note and a high-risk oncology recommendation are not the same piece of clinical work, and pricing them the same way would mean overcharging for one and under-resourcing the other. Three things set the price: the specialty, how complex the case is, and how much harm a wrong answer could do.

What moves the number
Some specialties have far fewer reviewers with the right sub-specialty depth, and the ones who exist are in short supply. Oncology, cardiology and radiology price above general medicine for that reason and no other.
A single-issue note takes minutes. A multi-morbidity case with conflicting guidance and three medications interacting takes an afternoon and a more senior reviewer. Complexity is assessed from the submission, not self-reported.
How much harm a wrong answer could cause. High risk means a senior reviewer, a tighter turnaround target and — where you choose it — two independent reviewers who do not see each other's work.
Batches earn a ten per cent discount across the whole batch. Double review costs less than twice a single review, because the second reviewer starts from a case that has already been triaged and prepared.

Accepted quotes create their own payment page. Prices are computed per submission, so there is no stale link to pay yesterday's rate.
Before you ask
Yes. A single case has no minimum beyond its own price. Most design partners start by routing twenty real outputs and reading what comes back.
Raise it and a second, independent reviewer looks at the case at our cost. If the original review was materially wrong, that review is refunded.
Each accepted quotation generates its own payment page for that exact amount. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
Reviewed and corrected clinical examples can be licensed as evaluation datasets, priced separately and only with the originating customer's agreement. Ask us.
