Home Request verification
Send us the output. Get back a record.
Everything happens on the platform. You submit here, you are told the price and the turnaround before anything starts, and when the review is finished you get an email telling you it is ready. The report itself is downloaded from your account — clinical material does not travel by email.
End to end
What happens after you press submit.
-
Step 1 · immediate
Triage and classification
The submission is read for specialty, case complexity and clinical risk. Nothing is assigned yet and nothing is charged — this only decides what kind of case it is.
-
Step 2 · immediate
Price and turnaround, before you commit
The three classifications produce a price and a turnaround target. You see both, along with the reasoning, and approve before anything proceeds. Accepting creates a payment page for that exact amount and nothing else.
-
Step 3 · minutes
Matched to a clinician
Routing is by specialty first, then availability and rating. Only reviewers who are active, credentialled and have signed the agreement can receive a case — the check runs on both conditions at assignment time.
-
Step 4 · within the SLA
Structured clinical review
Six dimensions: medical accuracy, hallucination, missing information, unsafe recommendations, clinical reasoning and overall risk. Then the corrections, with sources.
-
Step 5 · on completion
Email, then download
You are emailed the moment the verification is ready. The email carries no clinical content — you sign in and download the report as PDF or Word. It opens with a thank you for trusting Harmony with the reliability of your AI outputs, and closes with the reviewer's name, credentials and signature.
What the report contains
Written to be handed to a clinical governance committee without translation — which means no internal jargon, no unexplained scores, and every judgement traceable to the person who made it.
- Cover page — reference, date, specialty, verdict and overall risk
- The original AI output, exactly as submitted
- Assessment against each of the six rubric dimensions
- Every correction, with the source that supports it
- A verification score with the deductions itemised
- Reviewer name, credentials, licence and institution
- An audit trail: who accessed the case, and when
Thank you for trusting Harmony Verify with the reliability of your AI outputs. This report records an independent clinical assessment of the output submitted under reference HV-2026-0417.
Available as PDF and Word. Both carry the same content — the Word version exists because governance committees paste findings into their own templates, and a locked PDF makes that harder than it needs to be.

Paste the output or attach the file. You will get the price and the turnaround target before anything is charged or assigned.
What it will cost
Specialty, complexity and clinical risk set the price. You can see the number for your own case mix before you submit anything — the simulator runs the same engine that produces the invoice.
No patient identifiers, please
De-identify before sending. Where identifiers do appear, the material is handled as special-category data under your instructions — but the safest identifier is the one that was never transmitted.
Your data stays yours
Submissions are used to perform the review and never to train models. Inclusion in a licensed dataset is opt-in, per submission, and reversible.
